Definition

Ask Annabel is a global bespoke luxury travel and experience service. Annabel facilitates and arranges access to luxury travel, entertainment, lifestyle experiences, unique opportunities, and high-end goods and services by acting as an intermediary between clients and suppliers, vendors, sellers, brokers, and other third parties (collectively referred to as "Suppliers"). These entertainment, lifestyle, and unique experiences, along with goods and services, encompass both tangible and intangible luxury offerings.

Ask Annabel agrees to use reasonable business efforts to identify, recommend, and secure appropriate luxury entertainment services, unique lifestyle experiences, and goods or services for its clients.

Experiences, Tickets, Events

Ask Annabel is not directly involved in the organisation, performance, or execution of any event or experience. Furthermore, Ask Annabel does not act as an agent, employer, or employee of either the Supplier or the Client for any purpose. The Client acknowledges that Ask Annabel’s role is solely to facilitate access to the event or experience and to collect payments from the Client on behalf of the Supplier. Responsibility for delivering and adhering to the terms and conditions of the event or experience lies solely with the Supplier, not Ask Annabel.

Travel

By making a booking with Ask Annabel, you confirm on behalf of all individuals included in the booking that you have read and agree to these booking conditions, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

At the time of booking, you must pay the required deposit or full payment, as specified. If you believe any details on your booking summary (or any other documents) are incorrect, you must notify us immediately, as it may not be possible to make changes later. Failure to inform us of inaccuracies promptly could result in additional charges for corrections and may impact your rights.

Please carefully review all documents upon receipt to ensure that names, dates, and timings are accurate, and inform us immediately of any errors. While Ask Annabel does not charge for document corrections, you will be responsible for any fees imposed by suppliers. Be sure that the names provided match those in the relevant passports.

Payment:
At the time of booking, you will need to pay either a deposit or the full amount. If a deposit is paid, the remaining balance must be settled by the due date provided.

If full payment is not received by the specified balance due date, Ask Annabel will notify the supplier, who may cancel your booking and apply cancellation fees as outlined in their booking terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated or advised in the supplier's booking conditions, all payments made to Ask Annabel for arrangements are held on behalf of the supplier(s).
